Customer Service/Product Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service/Product Support Representative for our high-volume call center.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Provide product support, general Q&A and troubleshooting Polar Software products in addition to handling consumer inquiries on repair status, product availability, orders and dealer locator. Document and track all customer contact via electronic feedback system.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication and follow-up skills.
  • Customer relations oriented.
  • Troubleshooting and up-selling abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System (2000 and XP).
  • General computer skills a must.

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Job Description:

Assist the executive team in the achievement of the PEI operational and financial target, manage the office, manage the front desk and assist the Human Resources Manager in the execution of departmental duties.

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Executive Assistant:

  • Assist the President and Business Controller.
  • Understand key dynamics/functions of each division and support teams.
  • Maintain attendance records for staff reporting to President and Business Controller.
  • Manage expense reporting and processing for management staff.
  • Maintain the company organization charts.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources, set interview appointments, coordinate company events/off-sites, etc.

Office Manager:

  • Manage office/facility operations.
  • Manage office supply inventory and requests, maintain inventory of corporate stationery, letterhead, envelopes, etc.
  • Liaison with building management for repairs, fire and safety, etc.
  • Handle all furniture and space requirements.

Front Desk:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the receptionists.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated progress in a support function, preferably assisting a senior executive(s).
  • Team oriented and organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to manage people and processes.
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with outside vendors.

Job Description:

Maintain computer network (PCs, servers, printers and network components). Maintain high availability for computer application.

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Maintain computer infrastructure (servers, network and workstations).

Job Requirements:

Marketing Assistant - Brand

Job Description:

Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the creation and execution of brand marketing programs to maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing activities/channels with an emphasis on Internet and web related projects.

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Support maintenance of content supporting Public Relations, Advertising and local company web site programs (advertising, contests, newsletters, press releases, collateral materials, e-mail, database marketing, retail displays, signage, dealer information etc.)
  • Manage implementation of the annual Internet Marketing plan execution and online initiatives including site updates, contests and email marketing efforts.
  • Support integration of corporate sponsorships and affiliate partnerships into brand and web activities.
  • Maintain and update web initiatives and online promotions calendar and creative rotation.
  • Maintain knowledge of site traffic and user activity reporting software; generate statistic reports, summaries and/or custom reports for marketing and sales.
  • Provide monthly tracking and reporting for Internet Marketing programs and website statistics.
  • Work with internal creative and production teams and outside agencies, as necessary, to develop marketing/advertising materials.
  • Maintain budget and process billing and reporting.
  • Support Brand Manager in development and implementation of corporate marketing communications strategy via Public Relations, Internet, Advertising, and Retail POS/Merchandising communication vehicles while maintaining brand look and feel.

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year College degree (preferably in Marketing),
  • 2-3 years of prior business experience required.
  • Strong PC (Microsoft Office Suite) and solid written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Experience evaluating, editing and providing feedback on Internet creative and promotional copy. (Copywriting experience a plus)
  • Ability to support Web site development/design and web program implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the organization (Product Marketing Management, Customer Service, Sales, and Global Marketing team) to drive projects under aggressive schedules.
  • Must possess strong project and people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Order Entry Clerk

Job Description

Provide order entry for the Retail Sales Division and the Health Club Account Managers.

Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Enter orders into the system initiated by the Account Managers.
  • Enter the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers and follow up with the Account Coordinators so they can contact the accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting and Sales Departments to release orders on hold.
  • Act as backup for other order entry personnel.
  • Understand the order entry procedures and general shipping policies.
  • Understand the ordering process for Military Orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Alpha and numeric data entry: requires 4000-5000 key strokes per hour.
  • Individual must be organized and have the ability to handle a high volume of entries.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork:
    • Demonstrate an ability to function as a team member. Assist in occasional department wide initiatives related to emergency order preparation or other occasional related situations that may require work outside the normal scope of the this job (example: labeling of orders, assembling orders, stickering boxes, removing stickers, assisting with mailings, etc.).
  • High School Diploma.

Sales Coordinator

Job Description

To assist and support the Director of Sales and Account Managers in achieving operational and sales objectives.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Sales -
  • Handle incoming and make outbound calls to customers/prospects as required.
  • Provide day-to-day support to accounts with regard to merchandising needs, support materials and return authorizations.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of orders and deliveries of/to customers.
  • Manage, track and analyze department promotions/events.
  • Process orders and inquiries generated by our website (Athletics).
Administrative/Support -
  • Prioritize and organize daily workload (i.e. projects, order entry, customer contacts, internal follow-up, customer mailings).
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and account managers, accordingly.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, letters, clerical duties and customer presentations.
  • Complete follow up requests in a timely manner.
  • Willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments and scope of work as required in order to meet objectives of the department.
  • Provide back up support as needed for all team segments.
  • Be a member of the team that supports reception desk coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years in sales support function in sales/marketing driven environment, preferably assisting Director-level executive.
  • College degree, a plus.
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point. Strong vocabulary, spelling, and grammar for professionally written correspondence.
  • Ability to interact with people in a team-oriented, respectful, and efficient manner, thereby maximizing effectiveness and time management.
