Before sending your Polar heart rate monitor for repair, have you consulted our on-line FAQ (frequently asked questions) section? This troubleshooting step could help resolve your issue immediately.

THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR YOUR RECEIVER AND TRANSMITTER IS 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, FROM AN AUTHORIZED POLAR DEALER. Please note, the wrist unit battery is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

STEPS REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR POLAR HEART RATE MONITOR SERVICED
Please print, complete in full, and return this form with your whole Polar heart rate monitor.

NOTE: To expedite your repair, please include your credit card number, expiration date and amount authorized; Polar accepts (MasterCard and VISA only). We recommend authorization of $25 to allow for battery replacement in the receiver and return shipping and handling. You will be charged only for the repairs needed and a detailed Service Report will be included with the completed repair.

If your repair charges exceed the amount authorized, or if payment is not included, you will receive by mail a written estimate detailing the service charges. Payment must be received before your repair is completed and returned.

All repairs from an authorized Polar Service Centre are supported by a 90-day warranty.
