Job description:
The TSR is responsible for sales growth and account business performance within a specific geographic region in the Specialty Retail channel.

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Responsible for sales growth within a distinct geographical area.
• Achieve objectives in the areas of merchandising, product positioning, call coverage and administration.
• Create effective customer business solutions and partnerships.
• Anticipate industry trends and apply those insights to create new business opportunities.
• Identify new and innovative ways to secure cross-merchandising secondary locations on the Polar portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans designed to grow Polar unit sales.
• Differentiate Polar from the competition to gain a competitive advantage with accounts.
• Represent Polar at various trade shows and clinics.

You will report to the National Sales Manager.

Type of employment:
Full Time

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in specialty retail and Sporting Goods industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Personal passion for Health, Wellness and Fitness
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Superior negotiation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid / Clean Driving record
• Required to have office in home

Travel: 80% travel required (minimal air travel)

Location:
Territories include Boston, MA, Pittsburgh, PA and Minneapolis, MN.
