Throughout high school i was an over weight kid around the 200lbs mark and at 66in tall i was overweight. so when i went to college i decided that it was time to lose some weight for about a year i went to the gym and got down to 168lbs but then shortly after that i was involved n a motorcycle accident that didn't allow me to go back to the gym so 5 years later i found myself weighing 250lbs the most i ever. I remember going to the doctor for a check up and he told me that i needed to turn my life around and lose weight and that i needed to get as close to 200lbs as possible. but for some reason i couldn't go to the gym i got easily bored and often found my self quitting. thats when i started cycling it was a whole new world and very exciting! every day is different because i don't have to follow a path it's like a new adventure everyday. so i started riding really fast and for some reason couldn't break the 220lbs mark. so a friend of min! e that happens to be a fitness trainer recommended that i get a POLAR heart rate monitor because they'er the best and the rest are just junk. so i took his advise and bought a FT60. i never new that to burn fat i needed to be in a specific zone and in 2 months i lost 40lbs. so now i'm really getting my moneys worth out of the FT60 because now i'm using it to train and get faster. Next year i'm looking to compete in a half iornman. people often ask me how did i lose so much weight, i point at my watch and tell them it's my trainer on my wrist always keeps me motivated and never lets me give up.
