I decided to ride in a bicycle race for the first time ever. I bought my Polar FT80 watch at the same time. The watch has made training fun by allowing me to monitor my effort, efficiency and success. In the process, I've pushed myself harder than I would have otherwise and have gotten in better shape and lost weight. With my training and my watch, the ride is no problem. I look forward to working out everytime so I can see the results of how I've improved.
