I started on my weight loss journey February 6, 2010. I weighed 390lbs. I currently weight 270lbs. I am still working at it and would not be were I am with my Polar F6 watch. I want to loose another 50-60lbs. I rely on polar watch at every workout. If I forget my strap I have to go an get it because I feel my workout is not right without it.
