I turned 50 in July of 2010 and decided I needed to lose weight and eat healthier. I started working out, at first I was walking and then I started running. I heard about a Polar heart rate monitor and decided to buy one. I love it!! I started keeping track of my time, heart rate, target zone training, and calories burned. 3 months later and 40 pounds lighter I feel naked running without my Polar!! Thank you for such an awesome product!! I am now running 5k's and training to run a 10k (Cooper River Bridge run).
