I am 18 years old and I ride my bike since I can remember my. Four years ago I had problem whit overweight and I start riding my bike more active. I made my nutrition and traning plane for losing weight soon after that I started to lose it. I wanted to show people in my neighborhood and school how willpower can change habits. Losing weight boosted my motivation and I wanted more than just ride bike. I had new goals and even greater desire to achieved them. I started to compete in mountain bike races. Otherwise, I am a big freak for data, so I bought mi first HR monitor from another company.I used it for a while, but I was not satisfied, because I did not have data that i wanted. Soon after I bought Polar S725x and made huge progress in my traning and my racing. My results, same as a golas stared to increase(top 10, top 5, first three, winning…) With Polar I finally had what I always wanted, complete overview of the training.Polar unit has it! s own tests that provide me insight into the current fitness, too. Another brilliant thing about Polar is Polar Protranier 5 softwere. It is funy, colorful, easy to use and most importantly, it allows monitoring and access to training and fitness.It is my traning and life diary, my history of date and plan for new goals. It is great feeling when I compare my intevrals now and those one year ago, how time is reduced and speeds has increased. Now I would like to have the power sensor to improve me training even further and develop on new level, because next year I switch to under 23 category, so I expect the new bigger challenges. However cycling has taught me a lot of living thing, how to plan, be consistent and not give up.
