I've been a dedicated workout person for the last year - 3 - 4 days per week, always monitoring my performance. After getting this update model, setting my levels, testing my fitness I thought I'd try to get 100% at each exercise level. When Monday rolled around after the first time I reached this goal and I got mail I was really surprised, THEN I saw the trophy displayed for a whole week. Now that really motivated me and I really try to reach 100% of my goals every week; I'll change my schedule just to get an extra workout in!! Love the motivation this gives me.
