I was very unhappy with myself, a mom, a wife, and overweight. What can I do was my everyday excuse. I'm a teacher by profession and frankly I didn't have a clue as to what smart training could do for me. I was always intimidated by the younger "hot" teachers at school bragging on how hard they work out and me being a mom, and wife, well, you know the answer to that one" what can you do" well, let me tell you what I did, I first of all made a deal with my husband as to every other night he would be in charge of making dinner, and so it began. I would borrow his polar watch, the one he swears by and I asked him to adjust it for me. Talk about simple, wet the band, and press start, yes, it is that simple. The little watch helps you to be honest with yourself. It beeps if you are slacking and it beeps when you are overdoing it. It tells me how many calories I have burned and how much of it was fat. I have dropped about thirty pounds so far and only working out forty-five to sixty minutes four to five days a week. My husband has really noticed my change and that is just about all the motivation I need. As for the "hot teachers" at school I'm not ready to let them in on my little secret just yet, I have them thinking I'm busting my butt working out for hours every day. Polar training should be prescribed by the doctors for depression because working out smart makes me very happy about everything. Thanks polar, and thanks honey for the "looks" of encouragement.
